Q: What are the sizes and/or prices of your homes?
A: Our homes range from 1100 square feet to about 5000 square feet and cost from the low $100s to the upper $400s.
Q: Is there any part of the construction that I am responsible for?
A: We are a licensed general contractor and can handle and coordinate up to 100% of the land and building project.
Q: What is a “modular” home?
A: Modular homes are built to the same building codes as traditional, “stick-built” homes. They must meet the State and Local building codes in your area.
Q: Can we get basements, garages and/or porches with our home?
A: Yes, as a licensed general contractor we can help you design and build many additions/attachments to your home.
Q: How long will it take to build my home?
A: The usual time is 3 to 4 months.
Q: If I pick a standard plan, can I make any changes?
A: Yes, you can alter the floorplan or start from scratch and develop your own unique plan.
Q: Can you help me with financing or help me find land to build my home?
A: Yes, we have several national and local lenders that can help you. We are licensed Realtors and can help you find your building lot.
